Exchanges & Returns

Did you get your size wrong? Did your product arrive damaged? Didn’t the product meet your expectations?

Don’t worry, you can exchange/return your order. In all cases the products need to be in perfect condition and unused. We do not accept the return of earrings for reasons of hygiene and safety. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive in good condition at our head quarter. You must send back the goods in its original packaging. 

How does it work?

It’s easy! Just send us an email to support@inhalejewelry.com with your invoice number. Our team assist you and send you a exchange - form that you can print out. Please note that Inhale doesn’t take any responsibility for items lost. It is your responsibility to make sure the parcel contains all the necessary information: Invoice number, Address, Exchange-Form. For international exchanges our team will inform you about the procedure and conditions.

For how long can I exchange/return my jewelry?

You need to exchange your items within 14 days.

How can I get my refund?

Please contact our team for any refund purpose. Once our team has approved your return the refund will be made to the account used to place the order in our shop. Our team will send you a confirmation email approving the refund. Depending on your bank it might take max. 10 business days to have the money on your account.
